Hello Anna,
Many of my friends have met you and I have not had the pleasure of meeting you yet. I look forward to meeting you soon. Just a quick note to tell you my friends, Cris, Pia, and NANOY all had a wonderful time in St.Pete's and enjoyed their tour very much. I am glad they all opted to tour otherwise, they would have spent most of their time cuing. All three said the guides you gave them were wonderful and very knowledgeable. Thank you. We have friends visiting in Septemeber and as always, I will ask you again To arrange their tour. Good luck with your pregnancy and delivery. I thought you would like to have some feedback after our succesful trip to St P....
1) very pleased with your communication with customers
2)delighted to get a great welcome at the quayside
3) very impressed with your Driver who semed a lot more confident and more careful that some of the other road-users!
4) Your tours: Our guide had all the answers at her fingertips and was clearly very well qualified to show us the sights. Sadly a very rainy start but the day turned out better that we had expected. A well organised and tasty lunch, and prior to that the "tea stop" was ok, . We were well pleased with the whole of the day's content, tho of necessity some of course was bit rushed. Perhaps you could persuade the Hermitage management to allow an extra 5 minutes or so to groups...
Day 2 ...was in all respects excellent. It was nice to meet the boss!

We had a wonderful day in St Petersburg with Tanya, our very knowledgeable and friendly guide and we were very grateful that you were able to arrange our river trip at an earlier time. I am attaching a photo that Anna took on the boat which I would be grateful if you could also show Tanya and Anna. It was so lovely to see your smiling faces when we passed through immigration and you all made our day in your beautiful city very special.
We so enjoyed the Folklore show that evening but I am battling to find out details of where it took place and, although we know it was performed by the Russian Army, I would love more details of the programme. Those beautiful Russian male voices and the spectacular dancing were fantastic!

I am just emailing to say a big thank you to you for all your assistance in planning our trip to St Petersburg. It was very relaxing to be met at the station and every morning taken to wherever we were going and returned right to the door of our hotel. Vladimir was very helpful and Tatiana was the most knowledgeable, friendly and engaging guide I have ever had the pleasure to have. I will certainly recommend your company and Tatiana in particular to anyone I know who is intending to visit Russia! My mother has wanted to visit St Petersburg for many years and I was worried that she would be disappointed but she was certainly not and I'm quite sure that was down to the excellent program arranged by you and that we were accompanied by such an excellent guide. The most enjoyable thing by far was the day at Pushkin particularly the troika ride. Once again on behalf of my mother and I thank you very very much.

Hi Anna - I wanted to let you know how extremely happy we were with the tour and Olga and our driver (sorry, I do not know how to spell his name). Olga was full of information about everything and made sure we were all enjoying. St. Petersburg was magnificent and everyone agreed was our favorite port stop.
